Heidia

Small country located on the far south of the continent.

People

Heidians tend to be squat, tawny people, and are known for possessing a disproportionate amount of physical strength and endurance when compared to their Nasheenian and Chenjan counterparts of the same size. They were the third people to arrive to Umayma, after the Mhorians.

Food

Cabbage makes up a large part of the Heidian diet. Most everything is peppered in hot spices, particularly peppercorns.
