Symptoms
Itchy eyes and throat, open sores, blisters. The bugs chiefly target the brain, often tunneling in through the air passages, which results in bloody noses. Eventually, the brains liquefy. Nasheens often describe the end effects of fever bursts as "snorting brains through your nose."
