An informal, unlicensed establishment serving liquor. Term most often used in Tirhan, but also heard in Chenja and Khairi. (org. (Irish: sibín) an illicit bar where unlicensed liquor is sold. Term also used in Ireland, Scotland, Canada, United States, England, Zimbabwe, Caribbean, Namibia, and South Africa ).
